I cannot recommend Ailsa’s ‘21 day Menopause program’ highly enough .
I have been suffering with peri menopausal symptoms for about a year; horrendous bloating, a complete lack of motivation, that feeling of foggy head, sore joints, unable to remember anything walking from one room to the next and riding the worst emotional rollercoaster ride.
I didn’t exercise and my attempt at healthy eating was low fat mayonnaise and diet drinks.
